How to Dress Like Pharrell Williams

Celebrity Style Guide

Pharrell Williams is as much of a style guru as he is a magic musician. Pharrell is known to shop in the women’s section, usually at Celine. Not a joke. Needless to say, he’s a very stylish man with a whole lot of originality. Style and trend are vastly different things, trends are fashionable whereas style is personal. Pharrell has style, but what you see on the red carpet is trendy.

Statement Hat

Pharrell is often spotted gearing up with a hat. Be it his oversized Vivienne Westwood hat, or wide range of fedoras, Mr Williams always stands out. A wide brimmed fedora is a more versatile look as its more flattering. Caps are in at the moment as well, usually single coloured. A black cap with an all black outfit will make your look effortlessly dapper.

Co-ords

Matching top and bottom isn’t only a phenomenon in womenswear, Pharrell makes a statement of coords in menswear as well. Be it a co-ord in the form of a suit, or a pant-sweater situation, co-ords are original. The difference between a Pharrell suit, and a you suit, is that he experiments and does whatever he wants. This means that he uses different patterns, colours, pant lengths, suit jacket, and all that jazz. To look more like pharrell though, wear a pair of dark blue jeans, and fold them up. Add a pair of lace-ups and combine it with a white dress shirt, suit jacket and bowtie.

Jewellery

A great deal of men have watches, but few go beyond in the realm of accessorizing. Williams however, has shown time and again, that accessorzing is the icing of the cake in mens fashion. Pharrell often sports long necklaces with beads and the like. The singer also wears large bracelets with his watch. He experiments a lot with jewellery and wears whatever he wants and so should you. Even though you might not look fashionable, you’ll at least look like your crazy self.

Cardigan

The musician often completes his outfit with a cardigan. A classy touch upon a trendy base makes his outfits stand out. He sports the cardigans in a great multitude of colours to lighten up an outfit. He has also been seen wearing a black cardigan accompanied by a jeans, tee and a large stack of jewellery.
